2007 HIV DIAGNOSTICS CONFERENCE
Sheraton Atlanta, December 5-7, 2007

Exhibit Hall Hours-of-Operation:

• Installation is on Tuesday, December 4, 4p.m.-8p.m.
  • Exhibit on Wednesday, December 5, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, December 6, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Friday, December 7, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
• Break down is on Friday, December 7, from 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m.

Exhibit Rules and Regulations

Payment
Notice of acceptance will include additional information about exhibiting at the conference, and instructions for payment. Registration and payment for all accepted applications must be completed by November 15, 2007. The exhibit fee of $1,750.00 covers the exhibit space and includes all items listed under "Exhibitor Benefits" including conference registration for two company representatives. Additional services or equipment not covered by the exhibit rental fee must be purchased directly from the hotel.

Cancellation/Refund
Cancellations that are postmarked by November 15, 2007, will be honored. Refunds less a $50 administrative fee will be returned 6-8 weeks following the conference. Cancellations received after November 15, 2007 will forfeit 100 percent of the registration fee. Please note there will be a $30.00 returned check fee and/or credit card decline fee.

Exhibit Decorator and Other Services

Liability
The Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL), and members of the 2007 HIV Diagnostics Conference Planning Committee have no liability to any exhibitor for any personal injury, death, or damage to property (including display area) occurring and/or arising from actions of the exhibitor, his/her employees, agents, or licensees. Each exhibitor, in making application to reserve booth space, agrees to protect, indemnify, and hold harmless CDC, APHL, other conference partners, and their staffs, as well as the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel and Sheraton Atlanta Convention Services from any and all claims, liability, damages, or demands which may arise from or be asserted in connection with the foregoing undertaking and responsibilities of the exhibitor.

Insurance
Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining insurance coverage against injury to persons or damage to or loss of property or to meet its obligations under this agreement, in such amounts as the exhibitor shall deem adequate. Insurance will not be provided by the 2007 HIV Diagnostics Conference, its sponsors, co-sponsors, or partners.

Restrictions
Exhibitors are banned from posting, nailing, or screwing anything to the columns, walls, floors, or other parts of the building or furniture. Any damages incurred by the exhibitor to the hotel furnishings and property will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. Subletting, assignment, or apportionment of the whole or any part of the exhibitor's space, by an exhibitor, is prohibited.

Onsite Sales
Exhibitors may sell merchandise from booths during the exhibit and poster hall hours of operation. Alcohol or tobacco products will not be sold or distributed by exhibitors at any time during the conference, except for pre-purchased drink tickets that can be redeemed at the poster reception. Extensive food or coffee service must be coordinated through the catering department of the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel. Exhibitors may not distribute or sell food or beverage items at their tables, however, free candy bowls are allowed.
